To make it even more interesting – if you refer 5 or more friends who sign leases (that’s $1,500 already in your pocket), you will automatically be entered into a drawing to win one month of free rent.  The drawing will be held on 31 August.

You’ll have your friends as neighbors and you will receive your $300 gift check when your friend signs their lease. 

To qualify to receive your gift check, you must bring your friend to the Resident Specialist at the Balfour Beatty Communities office. 

The Contest runs 1 May through 31 August.
